Located in Pontarlier, the historic capital of absinthe, Maison Hély & Sommier is an artisan spirits house founded by Manon Hély and Dorian Sommier. Combining traditional craftsmanship with a modern vision, the distillery produces a range of spirits inspired by the region's heritage while embracing innovation and creativity.

Every spirit is distilled and bottled on site using carefully selected French botanicals, with a strong focus on local producers from the Haut-Doubs. Committed to authenticity and transparency, the house creates natural spirits without added flavourings or colourings, including traditional absinthes, liqueurs, an anis spirit and gin.

Just a few steps from the distillery, visitors can continue the experience at L'Absinthe Bar, a dedicated tasting venue showcasing the house's creations alongside a curated selection of absinthes from around the world.
