Located in Pontarlier, L'Absinthe Bar is a unique tasting venue created by Maison Hély & Sommier to introduce visitors to the world of absinthe and artisan spirits in a modern, welcoming atmosphere.

Unique in Pontarlier, the bar features a carefully curated selection of French and international absinthes, signature cocktails, local beers, sharing platters and non-alcoholic drinks. Designed as a place to discover and enjoy the Green Fairy, it also hosts themed evenings, live events and tailor-made experiences for groups and private functions.

Visitors can also discover the spirits produced by Maison Hély & Sommier, whose artisan distillery is located on the same site.
