Located in Couvet, in the heart of the Val-de-Travers, Distillerie Wanner develops a handcrafted approach to absinthe based on quality, original recipes and the expression of botanicals and spirits. Distilled on site in Couvet, its absinthes are made from natural ingredients sourced as locally as possible, continuing the know-how developed by the Wanner family.
