Located in the village of Les Fourgs, Le Snabeudzi is an iconic destination in the Haut-Doubs, combining a welcoming atmosphere, fresh local cuisine and a true passion for absinthe. Taken over by a new team in December 2023, this long-established venue, dating back to the 1980s, continues its story while embracing a fresh new dynamic.
Recognised as the first absinthe bar in the Haut-Doubs, it offers a selection of more than 40 absinthes, inviting both enthusiasts and newcomers to discover the richness and diversity of this emblematic spirit in a warm and friendly setting.
