Le Loutron Libre
Located in Mouthier-Haute-Pierre, in the heart of the Loue Valley, the Le Loutron Libre distillery embodies a new generation of producers who combine plant cultivation, artisanal distillation and a traditional, small-scale approach to absinthe. In a region with a distinct history of local distilling, it develops vibrant and sometimes ephemeral creations, balancing respect for tradition, experimentation and a strong connection to nature.
