Distillerie Bourgeois
Located in Arçon, in the Haut-Doubs near Pontarlier, Distillerie Bourgeois has developed an artisanal approach to absinthe and spirits since 2014, based on plant cultivation and distillation.
Passionate about botanicals and distillation know-how, the founders grow their own ingredients using organic farming methods before transforming them at the distillery. Between green and clear absinthes, the distillery develops creations deeply rooted in the region while gradually expanding its range towards other spirits inspired by regional traditions.
Today, the distillery produces several artisanal absinthes including La Saugette, La Blanche, La Fine, La Verte, Lucien and Léon.
Style: Artisanal absinthe from the Haut-Doubs, organic cultivation and regional tradition.
