Distillerie Guy
Located in Pontarlier, the Pierre Guy Distillery has been carrying on a family tradition of expertise since 1890 in the heart of the historic capital of absinthe. As the last family-run distillery still in operation in Pontarlier, it produces absinthes and spirits in historic stills, continuing a living heritage recognised by the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label.
