Located in Fleurier, Stillerie develops a contemporary approach to spirits based on creativity, small-batch production and experimentation.

Led by Julien Grünhagel, the distillery crafts absinthes and other spirits using Swiss organic alcohol and carefully selected ingredients. Its philosophy focuses on artisanal quality, botanical expression and creative freedom, notably through limited editions and an “absinthe of the month” concept that regularly offers new interpretations of the Green Fairy.

Combining craftsmanship, curiosity and innovation, Stillerie offers a modern vision of absinthe while remaining deeply rooted in the Val-de-Travers.
