Absintherie et Musée du Père François
Absintherie du Père François is one of the symbols of the absinthe revival in the Val-de-Travers. Located in the former Sandoz distillery premises in Môtiers, this family-run business combines artisanal production with a strong commitment to preserving local heritage. Visitors can discover a Belle Époque setting as well as a unique collection of absinthe-related objects and archives, carefully assembled over the years by François Bezençon.
