Located in Fleurier, in the heart of the Val-de-Travers, L’Absinthe de l’Herboriste develops an artisanal approach to absinthe inspired by botanical expertise and the traditional know-how of the birthplace of the Green Fairy.
The distillery crafts its absinthes with particular attention to herbs, aromatic balance and the botanical identity that defines absinthe. Each creation reflects a vision where plants, tradition and precision come together to produce distinctive absinthes.
