Absinthe Benoit
Located in Môtiers, in the heart of the Val-de-Travers, Absinthe Benoit continues the absinthe-making traditions of the birthplace of the Green Fairy through a handcrafted production focused on quality, hospitality and the transmission of local know-how.
The distillery produces several signature absinthes, including La Coquine, La Guérisseuse and Absinthe Benoit, which have received awards at regional and national competitions. It also offers special editions, gift sets and accessories dedicated to the traditional absinthe ritual.
During visits, Yves Benoit shares his passion for absinthe, explaining its history, the distillation process and the unique identity of the Val-de-Travers in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
