Introduced to distillation at a very young age, Christophe Racine has spent decades refining his craft through botanical expertise, experimentation and the constant search for new aromatic expressions.

A former druggist who became a full-time distiller, he is now considered one of the leading figures of Swiss absinthe. His creations, regularly awarded at national and international competitions, showcase the diversity of Val-de-Travers absinthes, from the most delicate to the most expressive styles.

At his artisanal distillery in Môtiers, Christophe Racine continues to explore historic recipes, botanicals and flavours that have shaped the reputation of the birthplace of the Green Fairy.
