Distillerie de la Vy-Perroud
The absinthe is made using the same recipe the founder, René Jeanjaquet, used since the 1962 when it was illegal. It includes 12 herbs and is carefully distilled in copper stills. The process has stayed the same for decades, keeping the flavor true to its roots. This hands-on approach ensures every bottle keeps its original taste and character.
